• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
• Statements and files you upload — PDFs, images, CSV, Excel, or Word documents, plus any transactions you paste or notes you add.
• Connected inbox data (optional) — if you connect Gmail or Outlook, we request read-only access and search only for refund and receipt messages. We do not read, store, or send unrelated email.
• Findings and results — the refunds, duplicate charges, and fees we identify from the above.

• To scan your statements and connected receipts and surface money you may be owed.
• To match promised refunds to their original purchases across time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.

Bubbabubbles' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request the read-only gmail.readonly scope solely to find refund and receipt emails. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, and we do not transfer or sell it. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions or from Bubbabubbles Settings.

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access to connected sources is read-only.
• Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

• Disconnect a connected inbox or delete uploaded files at any time from Settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Revoke Google or Microsoft access directly from your provider account.

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. When you delete a file, connection, or your account, we remove the associated data.
