Terms of Service

Bubbabubbles reads statements you upload and, if you connect them, receipt and refund emails, to help you identify money you may be owed — such as refunds that never posted, duplicate charges, and fees. We surface findings for your review. We do not move money, contact merchants, or file disputes on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the accounts you connect.

When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you grant Bubbabubbles read-only access to search for refund and receipt messages. You may disconnect at any time from Settings or from your provider's account permissions. Your use of those services also remains subject to their own terms.

• Use the service only for your own accounts and lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Findings are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Bubbabubbles does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying findings and deciding whether to act on them.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbabubbles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amounts you did or did not recover as a result of using the service.

We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
